Processing times, delivery estimates, and how we get your order from Los Angeles to your door.

At mekocustom.com, we process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. This page covers processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect after you check out.
Delivery time
Total delivery time has two parts:
- Processing — most orders leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 0–1 business day after payment clears.
- Transit
- United States: typically 3–8 business days
- International: typically 2–4 weeks
Shipment details
Orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse, primarily via USPS (United States Postal Service), unless otherwise noted at checkout. You will receive tracking once your order is on its way.
We deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Order changes & late delivery
Need to change an order or report a missing item? Contact us at [email protected] — we aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Occasional delays may be caused by an incomplete address, bad weather, or international customs. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
